Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into captivating and functional websites using the Divi Theme Builder.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and templates using the Divi Builder's visual design interface and advanced customization options.
- Customize and extend the Divi Theme Builder's modules, sections, and elements to meet specific project needs.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize website performance by utilizing efficient coding practices, optimizing images, and minimizing resource load times.
- Integrate third-party plugins and tools as needed to enhance website functionality and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to theme compatibility, performance, and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components, including front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web design, WordPress development, and Divi Theme Builder capabilities.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior developers in WordPress and Divi Theme Builder development techniques.
- Maintain codebase integrity through version control systems (e.g., Git) and follow established development workflows.
- Provide accurate time estimates for project tasks and adhere to project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong focus on the Divi Theme Builder framework.
- proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for customizing and extending Divi Theme Builder functionality.
- Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly websites using Divi's design tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress best practices, coding standards, and security considerations.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Divi-based websites with custom designs and functionalities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting and optimizing websites.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with design and development teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
