Project Procurement Planner

About the Job: We are looking for astute procurement planner to oversee procurement planning for multiple projects at a time. Must have experience in project industry.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
(i) Manage close alignment between Procurement lead and buyers for optimal sourcing execution. Maintaining procurement database (ordering & delivery of items)for multiple projects.
(ii) Drafting, controlling, and monitoring of Ordering schedule for Multiple projects in consultation with Buyers & project Managers and identify the critical path.
(iii) Drafting, controlling, and monitoring of delivery schedule for Multiple projects in consultation with Buyers & project Managers and identify the critical path.
(iv) Regular interaction with all concerned team, capturing & recording of critical issues & events. Presentation of critical issues to Procurement Head for analysis and finalization of action path & responsibility. Monitoring and implementation of required actions for critical issues.
(v) Close monitoring of actual project progress(for multiple projects),assessment of status of deliverables. Circulations of deviations for corrective measures along with information to Procurement head.
(vi) Assist to identify timeline, interfaces and interdependability of activities based on mode of execution to ensure on timely deliverables.
(vii) Consultation with concern teams to determine alternate course of action for recovery of slipped schedules & modification of schedule accordingly.
(viii) Early engagement with concerned teams and identification of project deliverables in accordance with project timetable.
(ix) Good knowledge of SAP,MS office, MS Project, Primavera.
(x) Good Presentation and communication skills.
